What is asked

The contact form may collect name, email, reason, reply channel, and a short message. It does not ask for clinical history, diagnosis, trauma narratives, ID documents, data about minors, or bank numbers.

What is not measured

Do not use this site for emergencies or intimate details. The site does not load Google Analytics. Form bodies are not sent to analytics tools.

Purpose

To answer information, booking, or purchase-support requests. Messages are not used for clinical marketing, health profiling, or AI training.

Processors

Vercel (hosting), Hotmart (digital checkout), WhatsApp / Meta if you choose that channel, and Web3Forms to deliver the contact email.

Conservation

Web3Forms delivers messages to Marcela’s email and keeps them for the time needed to reply, plus that processor’s retention period.

Rights

You may request access, correction, update, deletion, or withdrawal of authorization at the contact email. Label the request “personal data — website”. In Colombia, the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio oversees personal-data protection.
