Why

Why I created this

Marcela Brito Avellaneda in her consulting room.

I also lived through something that may resemble yours.

The important part is not the details of my abuse history, but what I know from the body — not only from theory — about surviving something you did not choose and then having to rebuild yourself.

That is why I do this.

Not because I read it in a book, but because I also walked my own process and found something I want you to be able to find too: you are not a broken being. You never were.

What you lived marked you, but it does not define who you are or everything you can still become, feel, and build.

I am not here to tell you how to forget, change, or overcome your history.

I am here to accompany you as you understand it, integrate it, and reconnect with yourself, with your resources, and with the part of you that may have stayed hidden behind what happened.

If you feel the moment to begin has arrived, I am here.
